Maria Karystianou has filed charges against the prosecutor Sotiris Baikamis for omitting deliberately and wilfully in violation of his duty to conduct a full and independent investigation 649,000 pieces of evidence collected by police, the fire department and others concerning the Tempe train collision including vital audio and video files.
These 649,000 pieces of evidence were given to the prosecutors and they have to be included in the investigation.
If it turns out they are not relevant, then Baikaimis, and his superiors Ioanna Klapa and Georgia Adelini have to show the evidence and show how it is not relevant or how it confirms the narrative of Mitsotakis.
The evidence cannot be disappeared from the file.
The fact that all this vital evidence, a staggering 649,000 audio and video files and pictures and reports, has been illegally and unlawfully excluded from the investigation by Baikamis with the consent of the Supreme Court President and Prosecutor Ioanna Klapa and Georgia Adelini is in itself proof of a massive violation of the due process rights of the victims of the Tempe train crash.
It makes a mockery of their claim to be conducting an investigation.
It is almost certain that the reason they are hiding this moutnain of evidence is because they show that Mitsotakis and his cronies in ND, including his sister and Adonis, are guilty of covering up the true cause of the Tempe train collision, namely an illegal container of flammable liquid.
Right now, it looks like Mitostakis and his cronies, his sister and Georgiades, may have nstigated and organized the mass murder because the cover by Mitsotakis deputy PM started almost the same hour as the train crash when they cannot have known about the presence of flammable liquid.
To have known there was flammable liquid involved, tests had to have been made and the results had to be assessed and that would have taken many hours if not days.
But the cover up did not start after many hours or days after the results of tests came in.
The cover up began almost immediately with the decision of Mitsotakis right hand man, his deputy PM, to remove 300 cubic metres of earth contaminated with flammable liquid at top speed and destroy it.
How come? How could Mitsotakis have known what to cover up if he had not known about the presence of flammable liquid in advance?
How could he have known about it in advance if he was not involved in procuring it and adding it to the freight train?
Vital official video of the trains, especially the freight trains, has been withheld deliberately to allow Mitsotakis to uphold the false narrative no extra container of illegal liquid was involved.
Vital audio of train communications has been withheld.
All of this in violation of the law.

The usual attempts to smear him as "troubled" person who wanted to escape his family and explain his disapeparance was deeply religious and may have gone to a monstery on Kissovo or Mt Olympos are absurd.
I lived in the only monastery on Mt Kissovo for one and a half years and there is no way a person can live up there without being detected by the hunters and locals let alone in winter when there is heavy snow let alone for weeks at a time.
Was he murdered by Mitsotakis to put pressure on the top prosecutor to continue to ignore the corruption of her underling in Larisa court Baikamis corruption?
Baikamis, Klapa and Adelni should ger realistic. They are heading to prison along with Mitsotakis, Adonis and Georigades just like Bragg,Merchan and Biden in the USA for their crimes in office agaisnt the Greek people.
