Preparations are underway to organize a summit between Trump and Putin to end the Ukraine war and its horror including the large scale sex trafficking of Ukrainian children to the UK elite as reported by former MP Andrew Bridgen.
Russia can give Trump the 300 billion of frozen assets if they are released and the right to exercise its option to buy or purchase rare earth minierals or other commodities and goods from the Ukraine as part of a peace deal.
In turn, Trump can give Russia its ethnic Russian territories back.
The Ukraine can become a neutral free trade zone modelled on Switzerland with its own standing army to protect itself without the assistance of NATO or the EU like the Swiss have.
Every Swiss male has to do military service and keeps their weapon at home.
The border strip could become a no mans land like the former Iron Curtain with a mile or so of completely cleared land with mine fields and watch towers.
As a free trade zone, the Ukraine can do trade deals with the USA, Russia, China without EU red tape and corruption and will hopefully soon become prosperous again on the back of its commodities, agricultural products and manufacturing.
It has a great georgraphical location and a port at Odessa to facilitate trade.
With its own currency, it can set its exchange rate to promote exports.
Its government can use monetary funding and a central bank printing money for free to invest in busnesses etc.
The UK, EU can also be tapped to pay for the reconstruction.
The main incentive for Russia not invading is the cost. The cost of an invasion outweight any economic benefits for Russia. This is true not just for the Ukraine but for all of Europe. Who would want to waste trillions of dollars and risk the lives of 100s of thousands and millions of people by invading run down, deindustrialized, indebted Europe bereft of natural resources, up to date maufacturing plants? The Russians would have to be crazy.
But they do want a neutral Ukraine for self defence purposes just as China wants a neutral Taiwan for self defence purposes.

As for dicator Zelensky, he may not even be authorized to sign the peace deal. The Ukraine Supreme Court may have to do it.
He can appear by video link with a symphony orchestra playing a violin concerto beside him so the world does not have to listen to his moaning.
Plus, he can be told if he does not go along with it, he will have to swap his green T shirt for either an orange jumpsuit or a fetching grey fur coat garb with a ball and chain ankle decorations
