DEMORALIZED PUBLIC IN EUROPE MEANS COVID JAB TYRANTS VON DER LEYEN AND MITSOTAKIS WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO TURN EUROPE INTO A MILITARY POWER NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY SPEND
There is a lot of talk about how the US needs commodities to reboot its economy, but not about the need for a resurgence in intelligent thinking, creativity, ideas, innovation, research.
A free media and inteligent analysis are needed to underpin a knowledge based economy.
And a motivated (as well as healthy) work force.
Without a motivated, creative work force interested in finding solutions, not all the raw materials in the world will help the USA to become prosperous again, though getting US preferential access to raw earths and Ukraine commodities should be a part of the peace deal.
Russia would be wise to want to see rather a prosperous and peaceful USA rather than a poor and aggressive one.
Take OpenAI and ChatGPT, for example. 100s of billions have been spent on developing a dud because of the lack of competition, a free market place of ideas. OpenAI is so incompetent that a minor start up from China can produce a far better AI, Deepseek, for free.
JP Morgan chief Jamie Morgan has addressed the problem of staff who have litle motivation, a low work ethic, of a compnay drowning in bureaucracy in a leaked audio.
He rails against work from home and the Zoom culture, complacency and bureacracy. But he does not appear to present a solution, a plan.

Decades of cartel capitalism, rigged markets, promoted by the private Fed Reserve, picking winners and loosers, favouring a few big crony corporations and crushing small businesses, have nearly killed the American spirit of enterprise.
Relentless censorship, the crushing of free speech, the elimination of a free media and criticism has turned the US into a Soviet style bureaucracy.
How to reignite the spark of creativity? The can do spirit?
This is a problem facing not just Jamie Dimon and JP Morgan.
It is facing America.
MAHA will surely be one factor. Healthy people with los of energy naturally want to work more, think moe.
Education is also important. Kids need a good education, to be able to solve problems from an early age.
Good leadership is also important and here is where Jamie Dimon may fall short, though I have not head his full presentation.
A leader needs to present a solution along with the problem and generate enthusiam for the solution.
Because if the people do not want to do something, they will not do anything or they will do only the minimum.
As Zelensky has found out, if the conscripts do not want to fight, they will not. They will desert, shoot their superior, a thousand things.
No trust and no motivation is why the EU elite, von der Leyen and Mitsotakis, will never be able to turn Europeans into a fighting force no matter how hard they try or how much they spend. In fact, excess spending on defense will make the covid jab tyrants more unpopular.

So, the key is motivation.
Jamee Dimon should try and follow up his criticism with a concrete plan of how to motivate staff, how to tackle over use of electronic devices (ban Zoom calls, smartphones?)
He could start by giving all staff a questionnaire about what they want to get from work, from working for JP Morgan in terms of experience, character formation, money.
He could have free discussion sessions in a boot camp environment where all electronic devices are banned where everyone is encoruaged to speak the truth about their career ambitions, their dreams etc
Becuase it sure sounds like the JP Morgan titanic is going under the waves., though that may be no bad thing? But if Jamie Dimon thinks the world will be worse off without JP Morgan, it sounds like he needs to work out a plan.
As for the US economy, there needs to be free speech, a free market place of ideas, competition, small businesses need to be able to access affordable funding without taking on levels of debt and interest that will destroy them.
