A tough one for the Supreme Court as it certainly does not want to be seen to be encouraging any attempt to overturn the elections by an isurrection, which does not go through the courts as long as the courts can be shown to be functioning. If justice has been destroyed by a tyranny, then even  an insurrection is lawful.

However, the Supreme Court can explore the massive evidence J 6 was a set up by the WEF elite using the 1933 attempt to overthrow the election as a model and Trump went along with it due to justified fears the election had been stolen by Dem mega donor the Soros family and their instruments in political office Biden and Harris based on the precedent in Austria where the elections in December 2016 were clearly stolen by flipping over the electronic result at the last moment.

Trump can accept that he should have tried to use lawful means, pledge to do so in November to challenge possible election fraud as an official candidate fighting for the rights of all voters to fair and free elections.

This to help the Supreme Court rule his actions in J6 were official but misguided due to poor advice and a one off extraordinary event which Trump will never repeat.
