Trump has one a temporary victory in his hush money case after Judge Merchan delayed the sentencing until after the November elections.

However, Trump will not get his cases back on track until he fires his incompetent and, or corrupted lawyers Bove and Blanche, whose decision to focus on deferring sentencing instead of appealing the May ruling to get the evidence overseen by an Appeals Court outside of the control of the NY AGs and a Democrat mafi allowed the original flawed verdict to stand and progress to sentencing and the imprisonment of Trump.

When a lawyer turns out to be corrupted, it is the most dangerous thing of all because they have power of attorney. Until Trump fires them, Bove and Blanche can go to the court and without his knowledge, remove or add filings or ensure filings faill because of formal errors.

Yet, with Bove and Blanche such "errors" are more the norm than the exception. Bove in July filed a vital petition incorrectly in Trump s classified document case, among other issues.

An attorney for ex-President Donald Trump erred while filling out paperwork related to Special Counsel Jack Smith's appeal of the former president's classified documents case dismissal.

In court filings reviewed by Newsweek, Trump's attorney Emil Bove was flagged on Thursday for filling out a "deficient appearance of counsel" notice. The filing was made to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, which will weigh in on U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon's dismissal of Trump's 40 felony counts related to his handling of sensitive materials retrieved from his Mar-a-Lago estate.
