Blanche is either incompetent or bribed. I tip on bribed because how anyone can fail to include key papers let alone the Greek prosecutor probes is bribed. According to Wikipedia, he is a NY Democrat who worked as a prosecutor for the SDNY. How big can his conflicts of interest be?
