Trump and his family need to draf a submission to the Supreme Court saying the 3 judge appellate panel in NY with their 2 sentence order failed to address the abundance of evidence showing that the conviction in May was flawed and invalid, so making the sentencing flawed and invalid.
It is the duty of the Appellate court to scrutinize and oversee lower courts and stop the proceedings as soon as they have evidence of corruption, lawlessness.
The Appeallate court has refused to do its job. The two sentence order is enough to show the 3 judges did not consider the evidence of corruption which led to a wrongful conviction.
Trump and his family need to collect all the evidence of corruption, list it point by point, consult with lawyers to sharpen the arguments and file ther appeal at teh Supreme Court.
This is how I got the corruption of D 15 218 by Soros and Gates to the Greek Supreme Court in 2016 after my Appeal was illegally refused on the grounds I was a witness and not a party and the Appeals court refused all the evidence I was a party.

A lawyer told me I must go straight to the Supreme Court in Athens and show the failure of the Appeals court to address the core of the matter and the corruption of the lower court.
I did do that and succeeded in 2016 for the second time in getting my case to the Supreme Court only for it to be corrupted again by Gates and Soros.
The Soros, Gates crminal gang are using the same tricks on Trump as on me to stop the corruption of the first court being overseen by higher courts.
Their lawyers are almot certainly bribed like mine were.
Prosecutors are filing charges with no legal authority as in my case.
It is a system.
The Supreme Court, however, is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the Appeals court. It is not necessary to get permission from the Appeals court to go to the Supreme Court.
The existence of a Appeals court ruling, however flawed, means the next stage for Trump is the Supreme Court.
The Trump family should file all the documents at the Supreme Court themselves, including a copy of the two sentence order from the Appellate Court.
