As an emergency measure, Trump can hand himself in to say, the Missouri AG and ask to be included in the pretrial detentions and investigation into the Greek prosecutor probes against Soros and Gates.
A criminal trial of that magnitue takes precedence over a hush money trial.
The Missouri AG can put Trump, for his own safety, in pretrial detention and release him after a day or two on bail on condition he does not leave Missouri.
That will keep him out of the claws of Merchan, Biden, Harris and Alex Soros, who will be placed in pretrial detention in Missouri with Trump but not allowed out like Trump because the proof against him is safer.

After a couple of days in pretrial detention, Trump can be let out on bail with conditions for his leaving the state but Soros and co kept in pretrial detention and their Foundations, their power base closed.
If Trump is a part of the prosecution of Soros, Gates in Missouri, of official, state proceedings, a witness and even potential criminal , then he cannot be allowed to go to NY or be sentenced in NY by Merchan so depriving Missouri and Lousiana of a vital witness in E 17 449 in a massive criminal case impacting all Americans and their health.
As the new trial proceeds, Trump will be exonerated by the affadavit and by "turning himself in" and the Soros, Gates family members, Page, Zuckerberg, Biden, Harris and Obama sentenced to life times in prison.
But during this procedure, he will be obliged to remain in the state holding the trials to be on stand by as a witness and so any request to extradite him to NY for the Merchan hush money trial can be legally refused.
